Evandescence LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. This policy explains what Evandescence LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or work with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us through the contact form, a booking link or email.
• Material you share so we can do the work, such as briefs, brand files, data exports and access to tools.
• Basic, aggregate website usage figures. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to you, scope work, prepare agreements and send invoices.
• To deliver the services you have asked for.
• To improve our own processes, using patterns that do not identify you or your business.

We do not sell personal information.

AI providers and other suppliers

Delivering our services involves sending material to third-party software, including AI model providers, design tools and cloud storage. We share only what a task needs and tell you which providers are involved on request. If your company restricts certain providers, tell us and we will work within that.

How long we keep it

We keep project material for the length of the engagement and for up to 12 months afterwards so you can ask for copies. After that we delete it or strip identifying details, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.
